FY 2011 Capital & Expense Budgets. The Board voted to accept the budget priorities recommendations.

ULURP #N0920421 ECQ DCA #0832521, Armondo's Italian Restaurant, 74-27 37th Avenue. An application to renew an enclosed sidewalk cafe. The Board recommended the application be approved.

BSA Cal #254-09-BZ, 101-03,05,07 Astoria Blvd., aka 27-31 Kearney Street. An application for a variance in a R3-2 zoning district waiving front, rear and side yards legalizing (3) existing homes. The Board recommended the application be approved.

S.L.A. Beer & Liquor License Applications.

FY 2010 Capital & Expense Budgets Priorities. The Board voted to approve both the Capital and Expense Budget Priorities for FY 2010. Copies are available at the District Office.

C060021 ZMQ CEQR #06DCP041Q. An application to amend the zoning map within a R4 district to C2-2 district at 84th and 85th Streets between 24th Avenue and Astoria Boulevard for a retail strip mall. The Board recommended that the application be approved.

BSA Cal. No. 93-08BZ 112-12; 112-18 112-24 Astoria Boulevard. An appliaion for a variance to permit the development of a 6-story ghotel with cellar in a R6 district. The Board voted to approve the application with conditions.

BSA Cal. No 94-58BZ 22-55/22-75 Brooklyn-Queens Expressway;a/k/a 25-65 Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. An application to extend the term of the variance permitting the operation of a gas station with acessory uses in a R4 zone residential disrict. The Board voted to approve the application with conditions.

S.L.A Liquor License. Original Pizza Sam, Inc.- 89-06 Northern Boulevard, Jackson Heights. The Board voted to approve the application.

78th Street Play Street Closing Request. A request to temporarily close 78th Street between 34th Avenue and Northern Boulevard on Sundays from June 2008 to November 2008. The Board approved the proposal.

BSA Cal.#164-99-BZ -79-03 Roosevelt Avenue (La Abuelo Garzon) - A request to renew a special permit for an eating, drinking establishment (cabaret). The Board approved the request.

ULURP #3N-080314 ECO - 79-19 Roosevelt Avenue (Cositas Ricas) - A request to renew the permit for an enclosed sidewalk cafe. The Board approved the request.

Laraza Car Service -80-01 31st Avenue - A Taxi Limousine Commission application for a new base station. The Board recommended the application be denied.

BSA 110-11 Ditmars Boulevard, East Elmhurst, New York - An application to allow the conversion of a (2) two family house to professional office space. The Board recomended that the application be denied.

New York City School Construction Authority. A proposal for the development of a 390 seat intermediate school facility (annex for IS 230) and associated school yard located on the northeast and northwest corners of 74th Street and 34th Avenue, block 1246 lot 33; and block 1247 lots 40 and 41. The Board recommended that the proposal be approved.
