Department of Transportation Milling/Paving work in the confines of Community Board 3 during the month of October.

The scheduled locations for the upcoming work are as follows:

MTA Weekend Track Replacement in the confines of Community Board 3 from Friday, October 20, 2017 to Sunday, November 12, 2017.

The scheduled locations and times for the upcoming work are as follows:

Scheduled working hours will be as follows:

Friday: 6AM to 4PM for preparatory work which consist of, but is not limited to the staging of Street Cranes, Track Panels and related materials at the Crane sites listed below, and Saturday and Sunday: 5AM to 9PM for track removal and installation.

NYCT will have 2 Crane sites placed adjacent to the elevated structure for the purpose of hoisting and lowering of track panels and materials at the locations listed below.

Flagging and traffic devices will be used for the safety of the general public. Parking will not be allowed on Roosevelt Ave between 111th St &114th St to provide two lanes of traffic (1 lane each direction) for traffic diversions.

Parking will also be restricted for 150’ ft. along each curb lane at each Crane location to allow the placement Crane and material.

Crane Location and Street Closures:

1. 111th St, between 41st Av &Roosevelt Av (Street Closed 6AM to 4PM Fridays / 5AM to 9PM Sats &Suns)

2. 114th St, between 41st Av &Roosevelt Av (Street Closed 6AM to 4PM Fridays / 5AM to (PM Sats &Suns)

Roosevelt Ave Traffic Diversion: Westbound Traffic will run “Normal” on the Westbound Parking lane.

Eastbound Traffic will run “Against the Normal direction of traffic” on the Westbound lane.
